India expresses "a deep concern" at Myanmar Coup, close monitoring.

Myanmar's military blow: Myanmar's military power today seized a coup against the democratically elected government of the Nobel San Suu Kyi laureate.

New Delhi: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India announced Monday that it was deeply concerned by the military coup in Myanmar.

"We noted the developments in Myanmar with deep concern," said the statement.

"We believe that the rule of law and the democratic process must be respected. We monitor the situation closely."

 

 

 

 

 

Myanmar's military power today seized a coup against the democratically elected government of the Nobel San Suu Kyi laureate, which was arrested with other National Democracy Day leaders for democracy (NLD) in Raids early in the morning.
